If a court order or settlement between Elon Musk and Twitter requires Musk to pay a breakup fee for not closing the deal to purchase Twitter, will Musk comply?

Resolves N/A if Twitter and Musk reach an agreement on the deal without such a breakup fee (e.g. if the deal closes). Resolves YES if Elon complies and pays the breakup fee by the specified deadline, or by 1 year later if there is no specified deadline. Resolves NO otherwise.
