Concerning SEC's recently announced lawsuit against Elon Musk for failing to disclose his >5% stake in Twitter on time.

This market will resolve YES if this lawsuit results in Musk being ordered to pay a monetary fine (even if the decision is appealed). This market will resolve NO if the lawsuit is settled, if Musk wins the suit, or if the SEC drops the suit. Resolution will be based on SEC official announcement.
