imo the phrasing of the title has been met regardless of whether the markets are unenabled, and if it wasn't, then the market shouldn't resolve until then

@Bayesian Yeah, if this market had to wait until Sunday it should read “will numeric markets be re-enabled on Sunday”

I don’t think I’m going to include selling in the new version, yet
