I would extend it or N/A, I can't get the creator to respond to comments or messages and they have traded on a market that was made yesterday.
I am coming across this more now that there are getting less and less New Years Resolutions where creators become active and wont respond or resolve still.

Oh, It's an old parimutuel market. So it probably shouldn't be reopened. But also they're the only trader. I don't think it matters much what we do with it; N/A seems fine.
