On September 5th, 2023, Ryan Walters, the State Superintendant for Oklahoma released a statement that his state's Department of Education would be launching an ongoing partnership with PragerU Kids. Oklahoma now joins Florida and Texas as the third state in America to approve the use of Prager U Kids for use in its schools as a teaching tool in its curriculum and as a supplemental educational resource.
Will another state follow suit before the end of 2023? In order for the market to resolve as YES, a high ranking official within a state (either Governor, State Superintendant, Secretary of Education or equivalent) has to officially make an announcement (either in a speech, press release or social media post) of their intention of doing so specifically for use in its education system.

@evergreenemily I had previously only heard Florida was doing the partnership so I actually didn't know that Texas was already the second state to do so. But now that I think about it, of course, if any state was going to partner with PragerU it was gonna be Texas. Disappointed but not surprised.
