What orbit height is needed for YES resolution?

@KongoLandwalker if I make one full rotation around the Earth without propulsion that would meet the criteria.

According to Wikipedia that is 150km

@chris You already are orbiting the sun. Does remaining stationary on the surface for one day count? There's still atmospheric drag in LEO (which is technically an accelleration force) This matter of perspective is troublesome, and therefore I'm out.
