Livingston has a population of ~220 people, so how many people live near Piney Branch Road? (The Chinese source claims that Piney Branch is a town?) How many pepole were evacuated?
Edit: Google Maps makes it look like the Piney Branch Road has at most 15 houses on it. S Wilderness Rd and S Upper River Rd look to have roughly the same total number of buildings as downtown Livingston, so the total evacuation population is probably < 500 people. Going to leave this for now, but please let me know if you find a source saying the evacuation was larger.
