To allow time for markets which are supposed to resolve at the end of 2024 to resolve, I'll wait until January 2nd Manifold time to resolve this market.

What counts might be a bit subjective. They're usually surrounded by brackets, are not directly part of the question, and require reading the description to know what it means, but this is not a hard rule. If the added text can be worded in such a way so that it becomes part of the question itself, it probably wouldn't count.
