What are the actual use cases for this? Seems quite narrow, and like something you almost never want (god knows I have too many investments to ever do this)

@Conflux i see it as being extremely useful for niche use cases when you want to kind of reset. i dont see it as impacting anyones experience on the site at all, so itd be a very low priority item if the team ever decided to spend time on it.

@astyerche given that i resolve this in a year, i see it potentially happening.

@Conflux if they want to do an auction style market, i feel like this would have more use cases in the long run, so its up to them tbh.
