@spiderduckpig you can, but then you end up with a bunch of YES and NO shares on the same market, which you will need to liquidate. And doing that might be annoying, especially if the market's liquidity is low.
@spiderduckpig just saw this exchange because of the market resolution, so I want to correct my old comment. You don't get left with YES and NO shares; they get cashed out to mana automatically. So this does work as a Sell order, except that you need to be holding a big enough balance to buy the NO shares - both at the time you place the order and when it gets filled.
This is very annoying for me since I tend not to hold much of a balance
