Territories of member states are not automatically part of the Union – Greenland is Danish but not in the EU, for example. If Moldova joins Romania, will you wait until it is declared that it is indeed part of the EU?

@BrunoParga ascension to romania will resolve to yes, unless the Moldovan territories are specifically declared as not being part of the EU.

@adhirajnijjer what if most of Moldavia joins, but Transnistria is left out?
