Un-resolving and re-resolving because not all traders got paid out correctly, due to a bet that was placed during market resolution.

I don't think this happened, so I'm planning to resolve to NO. Any objections?

What are the implied economics of these loan rates? Is there an article explaining what they intend to achieve in detail? I understand the mechanics and that they are intended to encourage long term bets, but is there a more detailed description?

How does this resolve if the loan rate changes to something more complicated, such as varying between users?

@Joshua if for any user who is not employed by Manifold, the loan rate is above 4%, that'll resolve this market positively (to YES)
