Resolution Criteria:

1. Eligible Locations & Targets

   • U.S. military bases, embassies, consulates, naval vessels, aerial assets (e.g. drones, tankers) located in Middle Eastern countries (e.g., Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia).

   • U.S. assets situated in or above regional airspace, coastal waters, and sensitive chokepoints (e.g., the Strait of Hormuz).

2. Responsible Actors

   • Must be carried out by the Iranian government or Iran-aligned proxy groups.

3. Physical Impact Requirement

   • Any attack that causes physical damage or casualties.

   • Cyberattacks count only if they produce physical disruption or damages exceeding $100 million.

4. Confirmation

   • Must be publicly confirmed via credible sources—open-source intelligence, verified media, official government statements, or satellite imagery showing damage.

5. Timing

   • Event must occur on or before July 31, 2025.
