This question resolves YES if Starship launches with a full stack on an orbital or suborbital flight test before SLS launches as part of Artemis 1, and resolves NO if SLS launches first.
The flights do not have to be a success to resolve this question, just so long as one of them launches and makes it past 30k feet on a launch intended to be at least suborbital.
