This question will resolve N/A if Lutkenhaus does not run faster than 1:40.91 before 2030.
If he runs faster multiple times, it will resolve to his step count in his first race in which he runs faster than Rudisha's 1:40.91.
If he runs faster than 1:40.91, but does not get the world record because someone else in the race runs even faster, the question will still resolve to his step count in that race.
