Does anyone know anything about the states that legally require delegates to vote “as pledged”/ winner take all? I’ve seen the topic casually mentioned in some articles but no specific states named.

i think you're confusing this with faithless electors? State laws don't have any say at the DNC, only the DNC's own rules matter

i wish they named which states because i've absolutely never heard of this and i don't think it's true. I don't even understand how that would work
