@VladimirNesic I'm considering unresolving this, because it seems like the question is still "applicable" and the answer is "no" or at least "not yet". What was the intended answer to the question "by when?"? What would justify an n/a resolution?

@EvanDaniel This user appears to have never commented and only shown up to cancel their two markets, perhaps because they don't use the site. My guess is reopening means these will have to be maintained by mods (and, optimistically, maybe the creator wanted to save anyone else from that hassle)
