This question resolves YES if JD Vance is impeached by the House of Representatives, and also removed from his office.
The impeachment can be for vice president or president, whichever office JD Vance holds at the time of impeachment.
For that to happen, the House of Representatives would need to pass articles of impeachment, and the Senate would need to vote to convict JD Vance by 2/3rds majority. A vote to convict immediately removes the officeholder.
This question resolves NO if impeachment and removal does not occur and it is 21 Jan 2025. This question may resole NO early if JD Vance ceases to hold an executive office for other reasons before the end of Trump's second term (e.g. death, resignation).
