The G20 conference has happened.
The biggest change in India-Canada relations since this question opened is that Canada expelled India's High Commissioner and five other diplomats, and India counter-expelled six Canadian diplomats.
Since #2 is is pretty much the opposite of relations going back to their pre-September 2023 normal, it's hard to come up with even a colorable argument that this could resolve yes.
