Background:

• Played games 15+ hrs/wk in HS

• <1hr/wk through all of college & first year working

• 5-10 hr/wk during non-compete in 2023

• Last week played maybe 10 hrs

• Currently in MBA program, starting a new (busy) quarter.

• Goal of this market is to incetivize behavior change for me.

• It's been >1 years since I've gone two weeks without playing

• Baldurs Gate has been especially problematic for me 😮
