This market resolves YES if Deepseek releases a model named V3.14 prior to any higher numbered version model and by December 31, 2029. Otherwise, it resolves NO. (That is, if Deepseek V4 is released but there is no V3.14, this immediately resolves NO and will not be unresolved even if a 3.14 comes out later.)
