Update 2025-09-30 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): - Only counts if an appeal is filed to the U.S. Supreme Court in the main DOJ case, United States v. Google, LLC (2024).
Filings in other cases (e.g., Epic Games v. Google) do not count.
Requests to pause/stay lower-court rulings are not considered an appeal for this market.

@strutheo from what I can tell this is not an appeal filed in the main antitrust case, but a request to pause the ruling of a lower court in the Epic case, which is different from the big antitrust case (United States v. Google, LLC (2024))
@strutheo there is the question if this is even an appeal which maybe a lawyer can answer, but it's moot because this is a completely different case (should have been clearer in the description, sorry about that. I filed this question when the big US vs Google case was dominating headlines).
