@strutheo from what I can tell this is not an appeal filed in the main antitrust case, but a request to pause the ruling of a lower court in the Epic case, which is different from the big antitrust case (United States v. Google, LLC (2024))

@strutheo there is the question if this is even an appeal which maybe a lawyer can answer, but it's moot because this is a completely different case (should have been clearer in the description, sorry about that. I filed this question when the big US vs Google case was dominating headlines).
