@Tetraspace could you clarify the resolution criteria here? For instance what qualifies as "work in alignment"? If you quit your job and were legally unemployed, but spent your time researching alignment, would that count? Or do you require that you find another position as a W2 worker (assuming USA) where "alignment" is a primary part of your job description?
