Why is a neural network required for that?
I think that this market is underrated, because GPT-4 is clearly able to write a script for question batch-posting provided API docs (https://docs.manifold.markets/api#post-v0market), and if it is plugged into something like AutoGPT then all the conditions of this market are fulfilled.
