The market will resolve to ‘Yes’ if the closing price of Microsoft’s stock on NASDAQ on Friday, November 24, 2023, is at least double the stock’s opening price on NASDAQ on Monday, November 20, 2023. It will resolve to ‘No’ if the closing price is less than double the opening price. The opening and closing prices will be the official prices recorded on NASDAQ. In the event of a stock split or any corporate action affecting stock price, the prices will be adjusted accordingly

Why did the market resolve no?

Mainly because it was a stupid question but the main reason being that obviosuly the stock price of a company as large as Microsoft did not double in 5 days.
