Resolves YES if at any point before May 1st, @MarkIngraham is banned in whole or in part. If he is blocked from commenting, that will be a YES; if blocked from creating markets, that will also be a YES.
Resolves NO if action is only taken against individual comments/markets on a case-by-case basis.

@ScottLawrence I did note that the question is a bit ambiguous about whether a temp ban would count, but YES seems quite reasonable (disclaimer: YES holder)

I don't understand why someone who has repeatedly engaged in holocaust denial hasn't been permanently banned

@IsaacKing and you don't care that MI was using antisemitism as a way of trolling and not truth seeking when he posted those comments?
It seems there is moral and reputational risk for the site/community here
I'm issuing a ban on posting for Mark Ingraham. This comes after a previous warning for spam/low quality content.
Currently intend for this to be a temporary (weeklong) ban, but am open to other moderation policies here.

@Austin Why did you delete their comments entirely? That just makes threads confusing and removes important context. I thought we had the comment-hiding feature specifically for cases like these.
@IsaacKing I did not intend to delete their comments entirely, and am not sure why their comments are gone. This may be a side effect of me setting their isBannedFromPosting
attribute to true, or action from a different admin?
Also, can you link to where their comments have been deleted?

it feels disappointing that the admins have not yet banned an obvious troll who most people have only had a negative interaction with, someone who has even said they;re trolling and wanting to be banned.

Multiple improper early market resolutions, e.g.
https://manifold.markets/MarkIngraham/btc-will-outperform-eth-this-week-4
https://manifold.markets/MarkIngraham/will-microsoft-go-bankrupt-in-2-wee-a09ac69a246a
Many N/A resolutions with no explanation, see https://manifold.markets/MarkIngraham?tab=markets

The N/A resolutions look like they were all on markets just opened with no or few traders, so that's fine. But the early resolutions are a problem.

@jack Assuming I’m understanding his thought process properly, he makes “free money” markets trying to get 5+ traders in order to turn a net profit. If you N/A a market, you’re refunded the creation cost, I think.
Ofc him being a troll means that the lulz is also a valid line of reasoning for why he does what he does.
@jack Another thing wrong was this market he created that violated our policies: https://manifold.markets/MarkIngraham/will-a-manifold-user-stage-a-mass-s?r=SmFtZXNHcnVnZXR0

@ForrestTaylor It's a bit disappointing. He had turned a net profit! We need more irritating loons who nevertheless manage to forecast correctly. The charm of @Gigacasting is wearing out...

He also said on discord "I'm trying to get banned here" (or at least, someone claiming to be him, I can't verify for sure)
