The Chang'e 6 lander is built by the China Academy of Space Technology (CAST) for CNSA, China's national space agency. The last three moon landers built by CAST, Chang'e 3 and Chang'e 4, and Chang'e 5 were successful.
For a successful mission the Chang'e lander needs to soft-land on the moon, and the payloads on the lander need to be operational.
Chang'e 6 is followed by Chang'e 7 and 8

The CNSA does have a pretty good track record, with all 7 lunar missions being a success: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_Lunar_Exploration_Program#List_of_missions
