Resolves YES @SG
I am seeing user-submitted short-form content similar to that of twitter in the homepage feed
@chrisjbillington yes it's a requirement that the content is centred around a market, but that a) makes sense and b) is pretty in-line with how some platforms require to you to post an image or a link along with your content.
One can always create a market with the explicit purpose of posting a comment about it to the feed. It's good that that is encouraged, as the site is about markets, if you want to discuss something, make a market too!
Looking forward to seeing the dynamics of this, I might actually use the home feed more now, and actually curate who I follow/deliberately follow people to improve it.

Resolves YES?
yeah no more of these weaksauce comment rating proposals
you poast, you bet.
each remarket requries either a bet against or for another statement, or the creation of another market + a limit order of at least 20 mana.
just like wsb's rule "positions or ban" this will create a flawless epistemic garden.
just imagine...
A feed first manifold where people "retweet" bets they make on a market. Either because it's a spicy prediction, or to brag about it months later when it comes true.
Market discoverability is solved because following friends and people who share your interests is emphasized and they "quote retweet" markets they think are interesting with hot takes and bait posts getting you to bet against/with them.
Random thoughts and predictions people have that aren't easy to operationalise can still be shared.
