Shortly after this market closes, I will call @FairlyRandom for a number between 1 and 100. If it returns between 1 and 33 inclusive, this market resolves N/A. If it returns between 34 and 66 inclusive, it resolves YES. If it returns between 67 and 99 inclusive, the close date is extended and this market stays open forever. If it returns 100, this market resolves NO.
