If Trump is impeached for a third time, the market for the week in which he was impeached and any proceeding weeks will resolve to yes. Otherwise, that week and all preceding weeks will resolve no. Once Trump is impeached the market can immediately resolve. Later acquittals or rulings that the impeachment was improper, etc. will have no bearing on this market. The third impeachment will immediately resolve this market. Impeachments made for something Trump did in his first term will also count.
