If I ever get time travel technology that allows me to travel back to the year 2023, I will do it and resolve this market YES. Otherwise, I will resolve this market NO after 2023 ends. If, for some reason, I have the ability to travel to 2023, but can only travel back to before this market was created, I will do that and prevent the market from ever existing in the first place. Thus, the fact that this market exists proves that this latter possibility isn't the case.
