The market will resolve as YES when a technology appears that would allow finding your coordinates on the surface of the Moon with an error <10 meters. It should work on at least 90% of the surface.
The technology can, but doesn't have to work on the principles similar to Earth GPS.

@JonathanRay It won’t work on the far side.
It should probably work on the side directed towards Earth, in large part because of how many satellites will be visible at once.
