The yield curve rates for US treasuries is inverted meaning financial institutions are betting on inflation to start declining. This goes in line with the CD rates banks are offering like Bank of America, with high rates for short term CD (less than 6 months) and much smaller rates for long term CDs (> year) which should help valuations for this companies. Even though there are headwind ahead, the price has started picking up, and every time the price is near may's floor, it rebounce again which can be seen in all companies price charts YTD.

predicted YES
