The rise of GPL-1 agonists as "miracle" drugs to cure obesity, hypertension, and a myriad of social issues related to an unhealthy body mass has been nothing short of stunning -- as important as the development of AI. BUT we are just learning about the other potential effects of the drugs such as loss of muscle mass and their purported ability to overly mute the brain's pleasure centers in ways beyond the desire for food.
