Credible accusations reported by several mainstream outlets. There doesn't have to be an official UCI investigation.
Mechanical doping, performance-enhancing drugs, undocumented medications, and other widely recognized forms of doping all count.
Note (7/18/23): since I have my own views about Vingegaard (I suspect he's doped and more so than others), I will bet accordingly, and there is an element of subjectivity involved, I will ask an independent trustworthy-ish user to resolve the market for me.

I am totally biased but you can probably guess my opinion. I could try delegating to someone else who is a huge cycling fanatic but I'm not sure it's necessary in this case.
@NicoDelon "credible" is totally subjective, but no credible allegations IMO (and I do not have any mana invested here)

teammate of Jonas Vingegaard tested positive for a banned substance
was this just an ambitious german anti doping agency, or is this the beginning of the end?
@NicoDelon Part of this podcast (link to relevant point) might interest you. Ross Tucker is a sports scientist and generally suspicious about doping prevalence in cycling so probably has a similar attitude to this as you: https://overcast.fm/+yCZo51N-k/25:08
