Zvi Mowshowitz speculates that Trump's reckless pursuit of AGI "probably gets everyone killed"

This question asks a much more modest question:
"Will AGI kill at least 1 person before the end of the Trump administration?"
For the purpose of this question, AGI, is defined according to the OpenAI contact with Microsoft. It's AGI if and only if OpenAI executes the "AGI" clause of their contract with Microsoft.
"Kill" here means in the legal sense. That it to say, if the AGI in question was a person it would be found legally guilty of murder or manslaughter beyond reasonable doubt.
For the purpose of this question, Trump's term ends on January 20, 2029.
Question will resolve positive only based on credible media reporting AGI:
1) exists
2) has killed someone.
Absent any such reporting this question will resolve negative on January 20, 2029.
