@mods inactive creator and vague resolution criteria, but the One Piece character Garp is not in fact dead (even during the period since the market was extended from six months ago).

@SirCryptomind the question was crested within the context of a specific event which has concluded with no confirmation or anything indicating that he is dead. Either this question should resolve yes or it should be given a discrete date/condition to resolve NO (IE end of arc, next time he's seen again, or something along those lines).

@ErrorProne I agree, and honestly I’m okay either way. It isn’t a big deal to me. I’d agree with it resolving “no” if the question mentioned Hachinosu or the Egghead arc in its description since we don’t 100% know if he’s dead or not. But I think because the creator left it vague (and because “Garp hype” still hasn’t died out yet), we gotta keep it unresolved until we get confirmation on what happened to him

@SirCryptomind I don't think they'll respond given how long it's been since they've been active. I'm fine with it being open, I just would like some criteria for when No would be resolved since I don't think the intention was for it to be lasting till end of series.
