Resolves NO if Grokipedia stays in wikipedia under that name and no article is written about a direct successor with the title Encyclopedia Galactica or a reasonable variation spelling of same. A completely different encyclopedia with that name will not resolve YES (for instance if Musk abondons the LLM model for creation and makes an encyclopedia another way).
