Market was ~46% when I bet; I have it around 88%. HJR 6 is confirmed for the Nov 3 ballot and needs a simple majority. It passed the legislature 59-8 and 30-5, and English-official amendments in other red states passed easily. Idaho already has English as official in statute, so this mostly moves it into the constitution. https://news.ballotpedia.org/?p=41273
