Hi, I see that this market ends at the end of 2026. Does "by 2027" mean "before the end of 2026" not "before the end of 2027"?

@SacredChicken I think the meaning of "by" is the most controversial issue on manifold. ;)

But I'm in camp "before the start of", so this close date makes sense to me

(Edit: although obv it just depends on whatever the market creator says in each case)
