This question will resolve YES if Ukraine attack targets on Russian soil and credible sources conclude they used American rocket systems to do so. If any other group use American rocket systems to attack Russian soil, it will resolve YES.
Otherwise, it will resolve NO.
Jul 19, 12:28pm: It may be unclear whether American rocket systems were used against targets on Russian soil. If this ambiguity remains two months after the question closes, this question will resolve N/A.
