I'm resolving this N/A

It's too unclear how to resolve this. It did in fact continue to rise higher from creation until mid-November. But then began to decline, although at market close had always remained higher than the price at market creation.

However, it did begin to decline after the peak in November and was no longer continuing to rise and after close has now significantly decreased.

This can resolve.

How is this going to resolve?

Does this mean will the price be higher than now at close date or will the price be higher at any point between now and close? Do you have a particular exchange or other source in mind you'll use as reference to resolve?
