Resolves YES if a Republican US House or Senate candidate says that President Donald Trump should seek a third term.

The statement must explicitly advocate for Donald Trump to seek a third term, or support a legal/constitutional change (such as repealing or amending the 22nd Amendment) specifically to allow Trump to run for or serve a third term.

It can be said in an advertisement, social media post or when responding to a journalists question (just to name a few ways)

Retweets/sharing news articles doesn’t count. If it’s social media, must be posted like it’s their own words. Resolves yes for a social media post even if it is later claimed it was a ‘staffer’ or a mistake.

A Republican House or Senate candidate is a candidate who appears on the general election ballot as a Republican. Losing Primary candidates or withdrawn candidates do not count. Must be a state of the USA, non voting delegates don’t count.
