Resolves yes if the candidate listed is over 20.00% on electionbettingodds at any point before Last state primary is finished.

When a candidate withdraws from a race, their answer will resolve no. If a candidate never enters the race, resolves no after last state primary is finished

20.00% must be legitimate average of sites like Kalshi,Polymarket, Betfair etc. any obvious error excluded. If site shuts down uses average of popular sites like Kalshi/polymarket.
