Tempting to try to argue that the market should resolve NO. You will not send anyone M$30 to anyone who joins the manafold discord for getting it to 40 users, as the discord will not hit 40 users, and "something unforseen" could be the fact that you didn't forsee someone streaming cam would limit the channel to 25, at a time when there was peak interest yesterday.
