Resolves YES if there is a point in time on New Year's Day (in any time zone) when there are at least 40 people in a voice channel of the official Manifold Markets Discord server, and NO otherwise. If I'm not on at the time, I will require screenshot evidence. I won't check whether each of the people on the call resolves at least one market for New Year's.

(You don't have to participate, you can just join with your mic muted and the sound off and then ignore it until the end of the day.)
