My suggestion would be to resolve to 'first among the group'; having the possibility of an N/A resolution wouldn't add anything to the market other than to reduce the expected profitability of betting in the market

Re the CNSA answer, very open to suggestions on how people interpreted it but my best guess would be to treat it as representing all Chinese govt launch vehicles (i.e. CASC etc but not LandSpace)?

(Also note, I'm not actually a trader in this market yet so I don't mind in the slightest if different interpretations are decided on)
