Pretty sure this is impossible barring a constitutional amendment. Currently the presidency is available to only "natural born citizens", and I very much doubt an advanced AI would be considered such.

Question implies that it will be "elected" as president - two questions

1. Elected as the president of what?

2. What if it is not elected but assumes the position through some .. other way?
