Is this question asking if at least one zoo will still exist somewhere in the world at the end of this year?

Given the other question about circuses, I'm guessing this is about the use of live animals in circus performances. Even if that assumption is correct, I still have to assume that the close date is the day before the resolution date, and that you are talking about the whole world. But the implicit suggestion that there is a chance that no live animals are used in any capacity in a circus act by the end of this year even just in the US is kind of wild.

Actually, even if I assume a decade (and that AI doesn't wipe us out), there are things like one-man circus shows with trained cats or rats. Where is the ethical dilemma there, and why would there ever be a moment when no such show exists, even just in the US?
