To my knowledge, no new states have passed such a law post market creation. Some states have ongoing legal challenges and injunctions against laws already passed and signed prior, but there has been a lull of new laws passing. The exception being Wisconsin, its assembly and senate having passed a bill banning gender surgeries for minors on Oct 17.

However, the approved bill still needs to be signed by Governor Tony Evers, who already made it clear that he will veto said bill when it reaches his desk. While a veto override can happen at a later date via legislative supermajority, it seems to be most certainly going to happen after October.
